Human Factor in Technical Systems and in Supply Chain

Abstract


In social studies, the human factor plays the dominant role and is the main topic of these studies. In the technical field the situation is somewhat different. The authors of this study have concentrated on the influence of the human component in reliable supply chains. A supply chain is treated as a complex technical-organizing system whose aim is to produce and supply a product that is readily available for use by the consumer. The aim of the article is to produce a critical analysis of the publications put forward a the ESReDA seminar, which was dedicated to the human component in technical systems as well as the referencing of publications with regards to the human component in
supply chains.
