Abstract

In the publication the Author presents the classification of dangerous goods in transport. There are safety conditions described while transporting these goods as well as criteria which should be met by dangerous goods transporting vehicles. In the second part the Author presents the legal interpretation of the ADR advisor's role and tasks in the process of dangerous goods transport.
