The Significance of Customer Service in Logistics

Abstract


Customer service is one of the most significant processes of organisation, including the logistic area (logistic systems). This work presents chosen aspects and characteristics of customer service in relation to logistic systems.

The paper includes valuable hints for the executives regarding the creation of proper level of customer service, followed by the customer`s satisfaction.
